By accessing or using Demirifadue ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
Demirifadue provides an online platform for creating and sharing funeral announcements, memorial pages, obituaries, service schedules, photo galleries, tribute walls, and related funeral communications for families and funeral service providers in Ghana and across Africa.
To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:
You retain ownership of all content (obituaries, photos, tributes) you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Demirifadue a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share all content, including photographs of the deceased and third-party materials.
You may not use the Platform to:
Certain features require a paid subscription. All fees are stated in Ghana Cedis (GHS) or as otherwise indicated. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave, Hubtel, etc.). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Given the sensitive and time-critical nature of funeral services, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve billing issues promptly.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or harmful. Tribute submissions are moderated by the account holder before public display.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss suffered as a result of service downtime, especially in cases of force majeure or scheduled maintenance.
Active subscription holders' memorial pages remain live for the duration of their plan. Free accounts are subject to storage limits. We will provide reasonable notice before removing inactive content.
Demirifadue is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
